VFX Production Assistant & Office Manager
RVX, the established VFX company based in Reykjavik, has a unique opportunity for a motivated and eager-to-learn individual. The successful candidate will help the company continue to deliver high-end visual effects to studios such as HBO and Netflix, gaining valuable training, exposure and experience in the world of VFX and post-production.

Responsibilities include:
-Ensuring the smooth running of the office.
-Welcoming visitors and collecting NDAs as needed.
-Taking notes in meetings as and when needed.
-Assisting the production team with client deliveries.
-Assisting the production team with organizing and maintaining various databases.
-Being available to cover for VFX Coordinator as and when needed.
-Assisting in onboarding new team members, providing them with necessary resources and information.
-Organizing team events and activities.
-Assisting with the updating of Social Media (Instagram, LinkedIn, with the latest news, showreels, trailers, awards etc… of the company).
-Maintaining the list of company's suppliers and being the main point of contact.
-Taking deliveries and stocking the kitchen.
