Airport Associates is an independent ground handling service company, with headquarters at Keflavik Airport, Iceland. The company operates from it’s offices in the terminal building and the cargo terminal which is located next to the passenger terminal ramp.
All handling services are provided on a 24 hour basis, including full aircraft handling and cargo warehouse operations.

Training Specialist
Airport Associates seeks a Training Specialist to support front-of-house operations, specifically in Passenger and Baggage Service. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong organizational skills, experience in training, and a passion for employee development.

- Develop and implement training strategies.
- Plan and supervised training sessions and mentor programs.
- Update training materials and methods.
- Manage DCS system access and employee log-ins.
- Report on training progress and employee audits.
- Stay updated on relevant technology and trends.
Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur
- Experience in airport operation is required.
- Computer and technical experience preferred.
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, research, and organizational skills.
