A high-energy environment suited for cheerful and lively individuals. CampEasy is looking for a new team member to join our close-knit team of Service Agents.

We need individuals who are passionate about customer service, can charm and entertain and deliver clear instructions simultaneously. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for learning, as this job requires specific knowledge that will be acquired during training.

We need people who communicate well, both in person and via email, so excellent English skills are essential.

Requirements:

- Direct customer service experience is a must.

- Excellent grasp of English - both spoken and written.

- Valid Drivers License - category B

- Presentable, well-mannered, and friendly.

- Available to work scheduled hours depending on the rental needs, including Saturdays and Sundays (this is a full-time position, but it is not 2-2-3).

- Good computer skills.

- At least 25 years of age.

- Clean criminal record.

Preferred:

- Live in the Reykjanesbær area (car owner).

- Good grasp of another language.
