Sushi Maker / Kitchen Assistant

Location: Tokyo Sushi Reykjanesbæ ( Keflavík )

Tokyo Sushi is seeking a dedicated and hard-working full-time Sushi Kitchen Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts, particularly in sushi preparation.

Work Schedule:

• 2-2-3 shift pattern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sushi preparation and kitchen duties
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Ensure timely and efficient preparation of ingredients

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a kitchen environment
• Prior sushi-making experience is highly advantageous
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Icelandic is a plus
