Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our global operations. In this role, you will help ensure seamless material flow, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries, which are key elements in maintaining optimal performance across our manufacturing and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, track, and update purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages or excess.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to resolve order or delivery issues.

  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and support reporting on costs and supplier performance.

  • Support QA activities and contribute to process and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Ability to work confidently with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Navision).
