- Update Manufacturing protocols according to internal and external requirements
- Collaborate with the Product Development team to prototype new products and implement developmental change projects
- Communicate and manage review of changes with Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments
- Support manufacturing change projects by assisting in the implementation and assist in simple design verifications
- Participate in managing change projects for updated processes and upscaling of manufacturing areas
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve product design and functionality
- Help create documentation - including technical drawings, specifications, and reports - to communicate project progress and findings
- Support cross-functional teams in various tasks related to product development and manufacturing improvement initiative
- Experience in Process management and Process Documentation
- Strong interest in product development, prototyping, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent writing skills and English knowledge
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
