Vörur Kerecis eru notaðar til meðhöndlunar á margskonar vefjaskaða s.s. þrálátum sárum, brunasárum, munnholssárum og til margskonar uppbyggingar á líkamsvef. Gildi Kerecis byggja á samúð, heiðarleika og áhugasemi. Um 600 starfsmenn starfa hjá fyrirtækinu á Ísafirði, í Reykjavík, Sviss, Þýskalandi og Bandaríkjunum. Sölumenn Kerecis selja vörur fyrirtækisins beint til heilbrigðisstofnana á Íslandi, á Þýskumælandi mörkuðum og Bandaríkjunum. Í öðrum heimshlutum er selt í gegnum dreifingaraðila. Kerecis er það fyrirtæki sem vex hraðast í heiminum á sviði meðferðar á vefjaskaða. Tækni félagsins hefur vakið athygli á heimsvísu og á félagið í samstarfi um þróun og notkun á tækni þess víða um heim m.a. við bandarískar varnarmálastofnanir. Main tasks and responsibilities

Update Manufacturing protocols according to internal and external requirements
Collaborate with the Product Development team to prototype new products and implement developmental change projects
Communicate and manage review of changes with Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments
Support manufacturing change projects by assisting in the implementation and assist in simple design verifications
Participate in managing change projects for updated processes and upscaling of manufacturing areas
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve product design and functionality
Help create documentation - including technical drawings, specifications, and reports - to communicate project progress and findings
Support cross-functional teams in various tasks related to product development and manufacturing improvement initiative

Educational and skill requirements

Experience in Process management and Process Documentation
Strong interest in product development, prototyping, and manufacturing processes
Excellent writing skills and English knowledge
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
