Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Update Manufacturing protocols according to internal and external requirements
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to prototype new products and implement developmental change projects
  • Communicate and manage review of changes with Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments
  • Support manufacturing change projects by assisting in the implementation and assist in simple design verifications
  • Participate in managing change projects for updated processes and upscaling of manufacturing areas
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve product design and functionality
  • Help create documentation - including technical drawings, specifications, and reports - to communicate project progress and findings
  • Support cross-functional teams in various tasks related to product development and manufacturing improvement initiative
Educational and skill requirements
  • Experience in Process management and Process Documentation
  • Strong interest in product development, prototyping, and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent writing skills and English knowledge
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
