Special Education Teacher – International Department of Land

The International Department of Landakotsskóli seeks to appoint two Special Education Teachers to work with students following the English Language Cambridge International Curriculum. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience of working within the framework of the UK or US curriculum. They will have a track record of developing and delivering bespoke plans for individual students and have, or be ready to develop, experience of training and developing support staff, working with families and working with students who are developing their English skills. Specific certifications or experience working with defined difficulties, such as autism or social and emotional needs will be an advantage. These positions have a start date of 1st August.
