Senior Finance Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to support key financial functions with a focus on financial analysis and reporting, customer billing, cash management, funding, and forecasting. This role will involve close collaboration with senior leaders to provide insights into our customers, our projects, and our pricing to enable solid decision-making and reports to our Chief Financial Officer.
Monthly Financial Reporting, Forecasting, and Analysis:

Prepare and present monthly financial reports, for both management and the Board of Directors, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop, maintain, and update financial forecasts, including projections for cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet items.

Analyze customer and project profitability, identifying opportunities for margin improvement.

Provide financial insights to the leadership team to drive informed decision-making on pricing and cost management.
Customer Billing:

Perform customer billing timely with relevant stakeholders.

Optimize cash flow with accounts receivable collections.
Cash Management & Funding:

Oversee daily cash management activities, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and long-term strategic goals.

Manage short- and long-term funding requirements, optimizing cash flow and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Pricing Model:

Design, maintain and optimize the company’s pricing model.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing is aligned with market conditions and company goals.
Other tasks:

Collaborate with the CEO and CFO on M&A activities, as relevant, including due diligence, financial modeling, and post-acquisition integration.

Provide backup support for accounts payable, as needed.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

7+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, or treasury.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly, including attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Experience creating board-level material is a plus.
