Sales Director
The Sales Director is a key leader in Wisefish, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Wisefish’s customer base in the seafood industry. This role focuses on selling to customers, including professionalizing and optimizing our sales approach, collaborating closely with product management, marketing, and partner operations to align sales efforts with the company’s commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the seafood industry, a proven track record in software solutions sales, and excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.

Design and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.

Adopt and achieve performance goals, provide regular feedback to the Chief Commercial Officer, and foster professional growth.

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.

Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and align lead generation and qualification processes.

Work closely with product management to align sales efforts with product features, updates, and launches.

Experience in global sales, with leadership components.

Proven track record in B2B software solutions sales, preferably in the seafood or supply chain industries.
