

Sales and Logistics Coordinator

As Sales and Logistics Co-ordinator, your role exists to ensure seamless order fulfilment and excellent customer support across the entire supply chain. You take ownership of customer orders from receipt through to delivery and invoicing, while maintaining close alignment with internal stakeholders and sister facilities within BioMar. Your work directly supports customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and reliable supply.
You work proactively, spotting potential issues early and communicating clearly so expectations are managed and deliveries remain on track. Accuracy, structure, and collaboration are key to your success in this role.
- Co-ordinate customer orders from order entry through to delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, updates, and issues through to resolution
- Maintain accurate stock records and manage stock movements, transfers, and adjustments in ERP systems
- Prepare and verify shipping and import documentation, working closely with shipping partners and sister facilities
- Review production and delivery plans, identifying and communicating potential risks up to four weeks ahead

- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably involving international exports or imports
- Experience working with customer forecasts, demand planning, or order management
- Practical experience using ERP systems and maintaining accurate stock and order data
- Knowledge of stock control and logistics processes, with basic proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
