Kitchen Staff Duties:

• Manage kitchen staff, food orders, and budgets to ensure efficient operations
• Serve as liaison between kitchen staff, supervisors, and operations manager
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees by following food safety regulations and keeping kitchen equipment in working order
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction with prompt service, accurate food orders, and efficient operations
• Handle customer complaints and handle issues that may arise
• Prepare and manage food orders, menus, and budgets
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring food issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Maintain open and clear lines of communication with management and staff

Kitchen Staff Responsibilities:

• Assist with the dining experience of clients by preparing food according to company recipes, using proper food handling and sanitation techniques, and adhering to food quality standards
• Involve in food prep, cooking, and dessert creations
• Serve dishes to customers

Requirements And Skills:
