We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and kind Receptionist to join our team, providing top-tier concierge services to our valued guests.

Position Overview
We are currently hiring a weekend Receptionist to work Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a vibrant workplace and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
Provide concierge services, including answering inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Manage front desk operations with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and dynamic work environment.
Check-in - Check out tasks and ensure smooth operations during weekend shifts.
Answering emails and calls.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Kind, approachable, and proactive personality with a commitment to customer care.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in the tourism industry (e.g., travel agencies, hotel reception, or car rentals) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
