QC Raw Materials - Manager

In this role, you will lead a team of specialists and develop processes to ensure the quality of all materials used in the manufacturing process. You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience to help our business grow and be successful. Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð

Generation of specifications for materials used in DS and PD manufacturing

Expertise in selected analytical techniques and thorough understanding and overview of all analytical testing techniques used for raw material testing

Responsible for the testing planning for all raw materials testing and/or inspection of incoming materials

Represent Quality Control for all matters relating to raw material testing.

Be aware of compendia and routine testing equipment used to support raw materials testing.

Manage and communicate with external testing laboratories, internal supply chain, warehouse, and manufacturing departments.

Oversee the review of test results and inspection results with respect to specifications of GMP material.

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Education: Minimum of a BSc in a relevant scientific discipline and direct industry experience or five years experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical sector.

Experience: Knowledge and proven experience of working to GMP standards. Two years of people management experience
