Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Wisefish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges and a proven track record of managing customer implementation, development and internal improvement projects on time, within scope, and with quality.

Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects for seafood industry clients, development projects to develop new and improve current solutions, and internal improvement projects from initiation to completion.

Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.

Conduct regular project meetings, monitor project progress, and proactively identify and address any issues or deviations from the plan.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong understanding of and passion for project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing requirements and timelines.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience in software project implementations with customers is a plus.

Experience in using JIRA and Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Passion and interest for the seafood industry is a plus.
