Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer, you own the user experience from idea to implementation. This is a role for someone who combines strong frontend engineering with genuine product thinking and a sharp eye for UX. You'll work closely with product, design, and, importantly, the customers and care providers who use what we build. You'll take features from a rough idea to a polished, intuitive reality, own the full development process, and keep improving the product through real feedback and iteration. We're a place for independent, ownership-minded people. You won't wait to be told what to build next - you'll help figure it out.
What you'll do
- Design and build intuitive, high-quality features end to end, with frontend craft at the center.
- Turn product ideas and customer needs into simple, well-crafted experiences.
- Partner with product, design, and care providers to make sure what we ship genuinely helps.
- Take ownership of the whole development process, from shaping the idea to shipping and iterating.
- Continuously improve the product based on real user feedback.
- Contribute across disciplines and beyond your title when it helps the team move.
What we're looking for
- Several years of experience building and shipping products, with a strong focus on frontend engineering.
- A relevant education, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Real product sensibility - you care about UX, speed, and polish, and you can tell the difference between "done" and "good."
- The ability to make complex things simple, in both product and communication.
- A self-starter who operates with autonomy and good judgement.
- Comfortable listening to and building alongside frontline care providers.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability - we serve a global market.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
