Optimize People Operations: Manage and optimize our People/HR operations to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Compensation & Benefits Structures: Create and manage our global compensation & benefits structure, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with local regulations and company culture.

HR System Management: Manage and maintain our HR systems to ensure it runs smoothly and is leveraging its full capabilities to optimize processes and support the team.

HR Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee data in our HR system and provide insightful reports to support informed decision-making.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain critical HR documents, such as contracts and other legally required documents.

Employee Surveys & Data Analysis: Analyze feedback and survey data to drive initiatives that improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

You have 5+ years of experience in People/HR operations roles.

You hold a university degree from a relevant field or equivalent job experience.

You ideally have experience with global compensation and benefits management.

You are detail-oriented and organized.

You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
