Operations & Logistics Specialist

Due to explosive growth, we seek to fill multiple positions in our Operations department.

Our business focuses on creating customized, premium experiences in Iceland and Scandinavia on behalf of our high-end travel agency partners, who are located around the world. We operate these trips in the destinations, booking all activities, guides, and transport for our VIP clients, and respond to issues and changes on the ground as and when they occur.

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Background in tourism and knowledge of Nordic destinations are required.

All positions require strong business relationship skills and exemplary attention to detail. You should be comfortable delivering highly responsive customer service, including last-minute creative problem-solving and planning. Icelandic / Scandinavian tourism and CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus. Fluent Business-Level English and residency in Iceland is a requirements.
