Your primary goal will be to oversee daily operations at our Reykjavik office, ensuring a seamless and exceptional workplace environment. You will prioritize employee needs, promote health and safety, and foster productivity.

As the Office Manager, you will lead the Office Experience team and oversee all office operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, canteen facilities, procurement, security, furniture, and the overall ambiance. In this role you will report to Milla, our Chief People Officer.
Currently, we have three sites in Reykjavik. You'll play a key role in our move to one common office in 2025, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the Office Experience team.
- Deliver outstanding office services to employees.
- Oversee office facilities, maintenance, repairs, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Initiate necessary maintenance and improvements.
- Act as the contact for contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain an orderly and well-kept office.
- Manage office layout and structure.
- Enhance communication with employees and stakeholders.
- Coordinate office events and assist with planning and execution.
You’d Be Great for This Role If You Have:
- Experience in office management or related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in leading projects from start to finish.
- Management experience is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Collaborative team spirit and positivity.
- Proficiency in Icelandic and English.
