

Night Shift Receptionist
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Receptionist at our prestigious 4-star hotel.

Front Desk Operations: Greet guests warmly, check them in/out efficiently, and provide assistance with inquiries and requests.

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.

Phone and Email Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and ensuring accurate information is provided.

Reservation Management: Assist guests with room reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.

Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the finance department as necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction.

Conduct nightly audits to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.

Previous customer service / hospitality experience preferred.

Good computer skills for efficient task management.
