Scope & Responsibilities
The New Technologies group aims to solve issues restricting the improvement of production and development activities. This involves assessment and implementation of new techniques, technologies and cutting-edge equipment.
As a key member of the New Technologies Group, you will be at the forefront of groundbreaking advancements, assessing, integrating, and implementing the latest technologies, including Process Analytical Technology (PAT), High Throughput (HTP), and Process Intensification methods. Whether you are a Scientist, Senior Scientist, or Principal Scientist, your contributions will redefine our approach, streamline operations, and accelerate the delivery of life-changing therapies.
- Scientist: You will be responsible for hands-on laboratory work, driving key projects to impact our Manufacturing and Development teams.
- Senior Scientist: You will lead projects, mentor junior scientists, and help shape the direction of new technology initiatives.
- Principal Scientist: You will guide large-scale projects, lead mentoring efforts, and contribute to strategic decision-making across departments.
Qualifications & Skills

Education:
- Scientist: University degree in a related field, experience is an advantage.
- Senior Scientist: University degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Principal Scientist: Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Experience: Applied experience in Biologics Development or Manufacture, along with a strong desire to push boundaries and innovate in the field.

- Enjoy hands-on lab and analytical work.
- Flexible and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
