Marketing and Growth Specialist 📢

We are the HEIMA team, a small (but well-funded and growing) Icelandic startup. We’re developing a productivity app that helps families collaborate better on household work and manage mental load in a simple, fun, and fair way. You can find the HEIMA app here.

We are a team of three working out of our office in Iceland. This is the first time we are hiring, which means the right person will truly have the power to shape the HEIMA journey with us.

We are looking for a Marketing and Growth Specialist 📢

Our main goal is to grow our user base of families that love HEIMA and to do that we want to hire an experienced marketing and growth specialist to work with us. This is going to be a very exciting journey where we will get to experiment a lot, find out what works and build a repeatable growth model to bring to new markets.

Here is our qualification wishlist:

• We are still early in our journey, so we are looking for someone who is not afraid to take initiative and shape the role with us with a roll up their sleeves attitude.

• An interest and skill set in creating content targeted towards families (especially millennial families with kids) is a great asset for this role.

• Experience (or capacity) in designing and leading mixed marketing efforts (digital + traditional media, ASO/SEO optimisation, etc.), especially in a startup or consumer tech setting.

• In 2025 we will officially launch HEIMA in the Netherlands, so knowledge of the Dutch (or even European) market is definitely a benefit.

• Strong spoken and written English language skills are necessary. Spoken and written skills in Icelandic and Dutch would also be great.
