KEF Restaurant and Diamond Lounge & Bar is an elegant restaurant and bar at Hotel Keflavík that focuses on small dishes and an excellent selection of wines and cocktails.
We are looking for an ambitious person to join us in a new era of tourism at Hotel Keflavík & Diamond Suites. The establishment includes a hotel, offices, common areas, meeting rooms, a restaurant, and a bar.
The person must be able to work independently, be resourceful and be flexible regarding working hours.

Daily kitchen operation, including meal preparation, cooking, and plating.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and workspaces.

Assisting with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.

Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.

Performing other incidental tasks

Culinary degree preferred but not mandatory

Relevant experience in a kitchen is required
