Key Account Manager

- Build and maintain strong partner relationships as the main point of contact.
- Understand partner needs, prioritize their goals, and ensure smooth communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams on partner-related projects.
- Present new Rapyd products and best practices to support partner growth.
- Provide tailored reports and actionable insights.
- Monitor and manage card issuance costs and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and ethical standards.
- Continuously develop skills and share expertise in line with company needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational success.
Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur
- Relevant university degree.
- Experience in enterprise account management, ideally in FinTech.
- Fluency in English and Icelandic, with strong communication skills.
- Proven relationship management and collaboration abilities.
- Skilled in identifying and addressing partner needs.
- Proficient in presenting products, best practices, and insights.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
