IT Support Specialist

Rapyd Europe is seeking a talented IT Support Specialist to empower our global teams. You'll provide top-notch tech support, manage cloud-based products, and master the latest technologies. From onboarding to troubleshooting, your expertise will be key.

  • Supporting users in multi-region environments and worldwide teams.
  • Managing users and permissions of cloud-based products.
  • Mastering, deploying, and supporting the latest technologies.
  • Onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Managing computers and peripheral equipment
Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur
  • At least 2 years experience as a help desk specialist in a cloud-based environment.
  • Service-oriented, patient, and independent
  • Fast learner
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems and hands-on experience with installing and maintaining peripheral equipment
  • Fluent English

 

Advantage:

  • Experience supporting Mac’s - Advantage
  • Good understanding of cloud environments - advantage
  • Familiarity with G suite - advantage
  • Basic scripting skills (Powershell, Bash or Python) – advantage
