Eleven Experience in Iceland is seeking housekeepers at Deplar Farm starting in March 2025. Eleven Experience is an international travel company that strives to provide unique and personalized services to its customers. Eleven offers world-class luxury accommodation and organizes unforgettable adventure trips and experiences tailored to individual's wishes.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house
• Laundry duties for the lodge operation
• Occasional cleaning duties in other outposts
• Consistent professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Ensuring housekeeping departmental standards are followed
• Responding timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
• Reporting necessary maintenance items
• Following departmental policies and procedures
• Following all safety and sanitation policies
• Working with PLM operational system
• Assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• English language skills are required
• Prioritizing and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work independently and cohesively as part of a multicultural team
• Valid driving license is preferred
• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus
• The candidates must live in the North near Deplar Farm or be willing to relocate.
