- Ourdoor and hiking experience in Iceland
- Work permit in Iceland
- Good English is required, additional languages are a plus
- Being knowledgeable about Iceland and the way around the country
- Good people skills and storytelling abilities
- Punctuality
- Driving licence B
- Guiding experience is a plus
- Wilderness first responder or first aid certification is a plus
- Training and all the support you need, both off and on the road
