The Growth Operations Manager will play a critical role in streamlining and scaling Abler’s commercial and user-led operations. This is a technical and analytical position designed to optimise our processes, tools, and strategies to support product-led growth and outbound marketing initiatives. While this is not a customer-facing sales role, your work will directly impact how we acquire, onboard, and support customers, playing a key role in defining, measuring, and monitoring success.

Key Responsibilities

Optimise Commercial Operations: Manage and refine scalable tools and systems to improve sales and marketing efficiency.

Implement KPIs and Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure success across sales personnel, campaigns and strategies (Implement performance metrics and monitoring).

Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve productivity.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with the CEO, marketing, sales, and product teams to align on goals and ensure seamless execution.

Leverage Technology: Work with tools like HubSpot, Amplitude and Mixpanel to set up KPIs and ensure the team gets the most out of our systems and resources.

Enable Product-Led Growth: Partner with the product team to implement strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through the product experience. Ensure systems and processes support a seamless customer journey from self-service onboarding to full adoption.

Enhance Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Drive Innovation: Collaborate with product and data science teams to implement AI-driven solutions for sales, customer onboarding, support, and success.

Step Beyond Defined Roles: Show willingness to take on varied tasks and extend the scope of work as needed, contributing to the team's success in a startup environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.

Proactive and Hands-On Attitude: A self-starter with the determination and resilience to work independently toward goals, ensuring outcomes are delivered no matter the challenges. While support is available when requested, this role requires someone who thrives on taking ownership, aligning on objectives, and driving initiatives forward with minimal management.

Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for optimisation is a key part of this role

Technical Expertise: Strong capability to work with business tools and platforms, with a solid understanding of operational best practices. Experience with tools like HubSpot, Amplitude and Mixpanel is a plus. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, adapt to and master new software tools is a key part of this role.

Continuous Improvement Focus: Passionate about optimising processes and delivering better results. Experience in web analytics, performance monitoring and A/B testing, or a strong willingness to learn and excel in these areas.

Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work across teams and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
