

Frontend Software Engineer
We are looking for a Software Engineer to support the frontend development of mission-critical Air Traffic Control systems. You will work in a collaborative team environment, solving complex technical problems while ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of safety, usability and reliability.

You have professional experience in frontend software development and a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
You approach complex problems with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and are comfortable working in safety-critical environments where quality and reliability are paramount.

You are able to translate technical concepts into clear outcomes and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, high-quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain safety-critical software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Review code and contribute to shared engineering standards and best practices
- Test, debug, and improve software throughout the development lifecycle
- Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of production systems
- Assist with writing operational and technical documentation
Professional Requirements
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and development tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
- English language proficiency, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software development is preferred
- Experience with modern C++ and Qt/QML is preferred
- A background in the ATM/ATC domain is a plus
- Solid problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently
- A user-centric approach combined with the ability and willingness to learn
