We seek for independent and experienced sales professionals that are happy to handle a variety of tasks as part of a small team, but most of all, team players that embrace thinking outside the box to reach goals while curating unique out-of-reach experiences for our valued guests.
The successful candidates should have measurable sales experience within the luxury sector, and, more importantly, have a problem-solving personality. Knowledge of Iceland is essential for this role, while that of the Nordics is a considerable advantage.

- Curate exclusive experiences of the highest standards in the relevant Destinations, meeting guests’ brief, budget, and preferences
- Calculate and present offers based on the company’s procedures and policies
- Be independent in the sales process, vigilant in up-selling and cross-selling to maximize both guest experience and value
- Reserve services, issue travel documents, handle travel issues and cancellations when applicable
- Maintain valuable relationships with Partner Agents worldwide as well as top local Vendors, Operators, and Guides
- Keep updated with service offerings in the relevant Destinations
- Be willing and able to travel for periods of time, while hosting guests, meeting partners or testing services, in Iceland or abroad
- Experience in the Luxury Travel sector is essential
- Good knowledge of Iceland as a destination is essential
- Good knowledge of the Nordics region is a considerable advantage
- Full professional proficiency in English is essential
- Computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word and Canva are essential
- Excellent customer service mindset and positive attitude in every situation
- The ability to work under pressure and willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
- Experience working with B2B partnerships is preferred
