Device Specialist

DTE is actively seeking a Device Specialist to join our innovative team. We are looking for individuals who are not only positive and team-oriented but also possess a sharp problem-solving ability and maintain an open mind toward challenges and solutions. As a Device Specialist at DTE, you will be crucial in ensuring our technology solutions meet and exceed customers' expectations. This involves direct communication with customers on-site, configuring devices within our delivered solutions to match customer requirements precisely.
The ideal candidate thrives both collaboratively and independently and enjoys bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the table.
Main Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and delivery of either sold solutions or Innovation devices at the correct quality and the correct time along with supporting innovation in developing new devices or functions.
- Pick components from stock as pr. bill of material for each device.
- Power up, debug wiring and test as pr. testing protocols.
- Assemble and wire as pr. manufacturing instructions and wiring diagrams.
- Pack and prepare devices for shipping.
- Unpack, install, and setup devices at customer location.
- Implement device and train customer operators in solution use.
- Give feedback to Product and Innovation for continuous improvements.
- Service and repair already delivered and installed solutions at customers sites.
Education, Knowledge & Experience
- B.Sc. engineering or similar.
- 3-5 years working within assembly and/or service processes, with a focus on electronical devices.
- Electrician certification is a plus.
