Our business focuses on crafting bespoke itineraries on behalf of our high-end travel agency partners, who are based all over the world and seek to send their clients to our destinations in Iceland and Scandinavia. We operate these trips in destinations, planning and organizing all ground arrangements, and responding to customer care requests for our VIP clients before, during, and after the tour.

All positions require strong business relationship skills and exemplary attention to detail. You should be comfortable delivering highly responsive customer service, including last-minute creative problem-solving and planning. Icelandic / Scandinavian tourism and CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus. Fluent Business-Level English and residency in Iceland is a requirement.
