Customer Success Specialist

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our users have an exceptional experience with our products and services. Your ability to problem-solve, communicate clearly, and understand our customers’ needs will make a direct impact on our success. About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Abler’s customers have a seamless, positive experience with our SaaS solutions. This position is designed to provide first-class support by addressing customer needs, solving technical challenges, and fostering long-term customer satisfaction.

Your work will directly impact how customers perceive and interact with our products, helping us maintain strong relationships while improving onboarding, support processes, and overall customer happiness. As the first point of contact, you’ll embody our commitment to delivering value and excellence.

Office Location: Reykjavik, Iceland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: You will engage directly with customers in Abler's support center, addressing incoming user inquiries and requests. By having live conversations with users and staying in tune with the market, you’ll gain valuable insights into the problems that need solving. You will analyze the most common issues and propose actions to eliminate them.

  • Improving and Maintaining Support Material: You will maintain and create support material in the form of articles and visual content. Abler is a powerful platform, and we have a strong collection of help articles and videos that users rely on to get the most out of the system. You’ll play a key role in expanding and refining these resources.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience using Abler is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Icelandic is essential.
  • Education and experience relevant to the role.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions with a proactive and independent approach.
