About the Role

As a Configuration Specialist, your role in helping us achieve our mission will be to work on bringing our health programs to life through our platform. Your mission will be to set up and manage educational assets and texts, upload content to our platform, quality check, solve issues, and other various tasks in collaboration with content creators, designers, and developers.

Responsibilities

• Help structure content (videos, images, texts, etc) and prepare it for upload
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and testers to improve the platform and quality check content
• Set up programs and upload content to our platform, making programs live for our users around the world
• Other various tasks such as preparing content for production and translation

Requirements

• You have a very good eye for details and are interested in precision work
• You value organization, efficiency, and responsibility
• You can easily juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• You earned a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• You have good communication skills
• You possess excellent analytical skills with a positive problem-solving attitude
• You are able to shift between working in a collaborative team environment and working independently
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
• You are passionate about Sidekick’s mission
