Commercial Price Manager

As a Commercial Price Manager, you will be responsible for the cost of goods (CoGs) for all new and existing products for both regular business and divestiture.
You will take an active role in forecasting and budget reviews for all Medis products demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the CoGs calculations and understand how they relate to the overall business of Medis.

Participate in AOP processes, oversee and review the standard CoGs in the Teva official CoGs database and challenge the CoGs if required.
Collaborate with Business Planning and Analysis in order to request CoGs for unbudgeted SKUs sold within the year.
Collaborate with the Costing Center of Excellence to request reference CoGs for instances where Medis has no similar CoGs to use as a reference. Oversee the CoGs calculations for the Divested Business and work with the Costing Center of Excellence to provide correctly calculated CoGs to the divested customers.
Take responsibility for calculating CoGs for pipeline products based on information received from various internal stakeholders such as: CCoE and Procurement. Evaluate opportunities for optimisation, as required.
Update CoGs information in the Medis internal database, focus on information accuracy and ensure the data is available on time for the Medis Clusters.
Be responsible for reviewing the Medis Gross margins to identify low/negative margins per products, customer groups and markets and provide information to Product Managers, Sr. Director Commercial Operations, Medis Clusters Medis Finance and the VP of Medis and following up on action items.
Collaborate with Medis Clusters and Product Managers regarding new opportunities for products in current supply to increase the sales success of products and actively look for opportunities to improve Medis Gross margins.

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business
3+ years of relevant experience preferably in the generic industry
Proven product management or business development and cost accountant experience within manufacturing
Strong commercial understanding, competency in mathematics and numeracy
Strategic thinking and flexibility to adapt to changes with an ability to work independently
Strong analytical skills with an ability to research and analyse complex data to make strategic price decisions
Excellent business understanding and deep knowledge of the market and client needs
Collaborative with an ability to influence different stakeholders or groups, to communicate and disseminate the product strategy
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Good computer and advanced Excel skills
Oral and written fluency in the English
