Chef/Waiter -BERG Restaurant - GOOD FOR COUPLE/TWO FRIENDS

We are looking for a chef and a waiter to join our team at BERG restaurant, located on Hótel Vík í Mýrdal. The positions offered are full-time and long-term. A private room is provided for a fee in shared accommodation (kitchen and bathroom) within walking distance of the work.

Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð

Chef's main task: prepare and cook various delicious dishes a la carte and a group menu.
Maintain the cleaning, kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Responsible for deliveries and stock rotations at their designated station.
Ensuring food quality and taste at the highest standard
Waiter: Provide excellent customer service
Greeting the guests, arrange the table settings
Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
Making menu recommendations, answering questions and a good service in the restaurant
