POSITION SUMMARY

As a key front of house representative of the F&B team the Supervisor is responsible for supervising the hosting of our guests and ensure every guest receives a personalized unique original experience.

Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments. Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals.

Motivating the Bars team using initiative and a proactive approach to ensure we always give our guests unique options and create personalized experiences.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies and report shortages to designated personnel.
Protect company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Excellent interpersonal service skills and organizational skills to plan time effectively.
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role within a busy department
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.
Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
