Accounting & operation assistant

The sister companies Reykjavik Out Luxury Tours & Iceland Premium Tours are looking for an in-house person to take care of accounting & assist operation manager.

It's not required to be a certified accountant, but to have experience in that field and needs to be a certified bookkeeper.

This person would be doing accounting 50% of the time and 50% in operation assistance.

Tasks for accounting would be to book invoices, send invoices & accept/reject invoices.

Tasks for operation assistance would be to run errands, book tours & hotels, go over itineraries & organising Northern Lights tours.
