

Technical Success Manager
We are looking for a Technical Success Manager to join Aftra, a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company on a mission to help organizations understand and minimize their digital attack surface.
Aftra is a software solution (SaaS) and a spin-off from the cybersecurity company Syndis. Aftra simulates hacker methodologies and helps companies and organizations understand their attack surface and defend against cyberattacks and hackers. At Aftra, you’ll join a fun and diverse team of specialists from different backgrounds.
The Role
As a Technical Success Manager, your responsibility is to ensure our customers get the most value from the Aftra solution.
We are looking for someone that will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers and help them on their cybersecurity journey - you’ll be the critical link between customer goals and the product. Moreover, you will play a key role in shaping this new position at Aftra.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a supporting role for Aftra's existing customers, contributing to building trust and long-term success.

Help customers understand and fully utilize Aftra to strengthen their cybersecurity posture by helping them prioritize projects and tasks and remediate vulnerabilities.

Give advice and best practices on how to solve diverse cyber security issues and technical configuration issues.

Collaborate with both the commercial team and the product team to ensure customer success.

Guide customers through diverse integrations and product configurations to maximize Aftra's potential.

Serve as a technical resource to Aftra’s customers when needed.
This role requires good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability of translating complex technical topics into clear and actionable tasks. You will report directly to Aftra’s CCO.
Qualifications

An understanding of SaaS and technical product lifecycles.

IT experience or customer success experience.

Communication and organizational skills.

Technical knowledge.

Self-motivation, curiosity, and readiness to take initiative.

Proficiency in English (Icelandic is a plus).

Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience.

Cyber security knowledge is a plus.
