POS Terminal Representative

Rapyd Europe's Customer Service (CS) is hiring a POS Terminal Representative.

You'll be crucial in ensuring seamless merchant transactions by focusing on the setup and maintenance of Point-of-Sale (POS) Terminals. This role involves direct service to our merchants and requires flexibility for mandatory on-call shifts outside of standard business hours.

Experience and keen interest in technical matters
Vocational training or a degree in electrical or technical subjects is a great advantage
The person must have basic knowledge of networks
Cooperation and adaptability, positivity, and customer service are essential
Ability to work under pressure and in shift work
Good Icelandic and English skills
Experience in the installation of shopping systems is an advantage
