NOC Specialist - Summer Position

Rapyd Europe is looking for a NOC Specialist to join our Iceland-based team for the summer season! If you love troubleshooting, monitoring high-stakes systems, and working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, we want to meet you. It’s a great chance to gain hands-on experience with global payment tech while working with an incredible team.

Helstu verkefni og ábyrgð

Managing NOC daily tasks
Troubleshooting to resolve or replacing in instances where these cannot be resolved
Become the first escalation process for any technical issues
Working closely with internal partners to ensure system stability
Develop Monitor tools for the production environment
Working closely with R&D, DevOps and Products team for problem-solving and escalations

Menntunar- og hæfniskröfur

Experience in T1 technical support teams and/or NOC teams
Experience with SaaS products
Knowledge in API, bug reporting tools AWS dashboard experience in a payments industry is an advantage
Knowledge in the following tools: SQL, Postman, AWS dashboards, Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
Strong debuggability skills with multiple tools
Great technical writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Icelandic
