We are looking for a lively and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist at our renowned 4-star hotel. This part-time role presents an exciting chance to work in a vibrant hospitality setting during busy periods.
Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations: Greet guests warmly, check them in/out efficiently, assist with inquiries and requests, and other tasks.

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and professional manner according to our hotel´s standards.

Phone and Email Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and ensuring that information is provided.

Reservation Management: Assist guests with room reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.

Information Dissemination: Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events to enhance their overall experience.

Payment Processing: Handle guest payments, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the finance department as necessary.

Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction.
