Solid Clouds is an game development company dedicated to creating deep, meaningful gaming experiences on PC and Mobile. Our talented, multidisciplinary team strives to deliver the highest quality gameplay possible. We are currently scaling our latest title, Starborne: Frontiers.

Job Description
As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be the primary architect of our creator ecosystem and external collaborations. Your mission is to expand the reach of Solid Clouds by building a network of authentic advocates. You will identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and strategic partners who can connect our games with passionate communities globally.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with key content creators on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with partners to ensure a consistent and authentic brand presence.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that align with our growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop unique briefs for partner content.
  • Track and analyze the impact of partnership campaigns on community health and brand awareness.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external collaborators and talent agencies.
  • Bring a self-starting attitude to a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to think strategically about community growth and brand positioning.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex external relationships.
  • Emotional maturity and the motivation to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partnership lifecycles simultaneously.
  • 2+ years of experience specifically in influencer relations or partnership management.

Nice to Have

  • A deep understanding of the gaming creator landscape and current industry trends.
  • Experience with tools designed for tracking creator engagement and campaign success.
  • Ability to turn qualitative partner feedback into actionable insights for the game team.
  • A genuine interest in the sci-fi genre and deep strategy games.
