The Internal communications and culture manager is responsible for developing and delivering Alvotech's internal communications and employee engagement strategy, ensuring employees are informed, connected and aligned with the company's purpose, priorities and culture.


Working across Global Communications, People &amp; Culture and the wider business, the role leads the planning and delivery of internal communications, manages Alvocado/Alvo Life/Insider and messaging on internal video screens, coordinates the Culture Champions communications and develops engaging campaigns that strengthen employee engagement and reinforce Alvotech's values.


The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and acts as the primary communications partner for People &amp; Culture initiatives.


Key responsibilities
