We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on collaboration, structure, and delivering value. At Wisefish, you'll guide seafood companies through implementations and upgrades of our business solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — helping our customers transform how they operate.

You'll plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to closure, balancing scope, timelines, and cost while keeping customers informed and engaged. A key part of your role is establishing and running strong project governance, including stage gate processes that give stakeholders the clarity and control they need to make confident decisions at every step.

This role may involve deployment to international customer projects. Reykjavík-based preferred, open to remote.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Wisefish customers worldwide
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication from kickoff to go-live
• Design and run a structured stage gate process with clear decision points and stakeholder sign-off at each phase
• Establish and maintain strong project governance — roles, accountability, escalation paths, and decision-making frameworks
• Facilitate collaboration across consulting, development, and product teams
• Keep customers informed and confident through clear reporting, structured dialogue, and proactive communication
• Drive transparent decision-making with regular progress and cost reporting, surfacing risks early
• Contribute to evolving our project delivery framework

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years managing projects, preferably in software, ERP, or consulting
• Experience with a software vendor, implementation partner, or customer-side projects is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience with stage gate or phase-gate governance
• Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. PMP, IPMA (C–B), or similar is a plus
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English
