
Sr. Sales Success representative – Process Foods
What you will enjoy doing:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Driving sales growth and profitability within Process Food portfolio
- Developing account plans to strategically manage and retain key customers
- Leveraging CRM tools to maintain accurate customer data and improve communication across teams
- Identifying new opportunities for pricing optimization and profit improvements
- Collaborating with colleagues and agents to deliver seamless customer support and communications
- Staying ahead of market trends by understanding customer purchase behavior and competitor insights
- Promoting automation and eChannel development to improve efficiency
- Handling customer queries with a proactive approach and delivering exceptional service

- Minimum 3 years of experience within sales and leading experience
- High level of self-motivation and self-leadership
- Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken
