We are hiring for two roles within our New Product Introduction (NPI) team:
Senior Scientist and Expert Scientist.
Both roles support the introduction of new products and processes into GMP manufacturing, with the Expert Scientist operating at a higher level of technical ownership and strategic influence.
Scope and Responsibilities (Shared for Both Roles)
- Support or lead the introduction of new products and processes into GMP manufacturing.
- Provide technical guidance for day‑to‑day operations and act as a point of contact for NPI activities.
- Author and review technical documentation including process descriptions, protocols, reports, deviations, change controls, and CAPAs.
- Monitor process performance and analyze data to identify trends, deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in or lead troubleshooting and root cause investigations for manufacturing issues.
- Contribute to technology transfer from development to GMP scale, including preparation of process documentation and risk assessments.
- Support scale‑up activities and participate in equipment, automation, and control strategy discussions.
- Assess and qualify raw materials, consumables, and alternate suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on timelines, quality standards, and technical deliverables.
- Drive or support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process robustness, efficiency, and compliance.
Job Requirements:
Senior Scientist
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP manufacturing.
- Experience supporting technology transfer and process implementation.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently support daily operations and contribute to technical investigations.
Expert Scientist
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP manufacturing.
- Proven experience with upstream bioprocessing and technology transfer.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and data analysis skills.
