Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer (Security-Oriented)

Our infrastructure is the backbone of everything we deliver to our customers across the globe. We’re now expanding our Infrastructure team and are looking for someone who thrives in automation, security, and modern cloud operations.

The Role

We’re seeking an Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer with a strong security mindset to help us maintain, secure, and evolve our platform. You’ll be hands-on with daily operations while also contributing to our CIS compliance journey, infrastructure automation, and long-term reliability.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Maintain and improve our Azure cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters.

Manage and optimize GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code deployments.

Monitor and maintain production environments for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Drive forward our CIS security controls and compliance efforts.

Implement automation and tooling to reduce manual work and improve developer experience.

Collaborate with developers, security specialists, and the product team to deliver a secure and scalable platform.

Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and proactively improve system resilience.

Educational and skill requirements

Your Profile

Experienced Infrastructure/ DevOps professional with at least 2+ years of experience.
Hands-on experience with Azure services.

Strong knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure-as-code).

Experience with GitHub Actions and related automation tooling.

Familiarity with Terraform / IaC.

Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks (CIS, ISO, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
All AGR roles requires strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have

Tech Degree or specialisation course.

Experience with Kubernetes.

Background in security engineering or DevSecOps.

Experience with SQL Server administration and strong query skills.
