Automation Engineer

CCP Games is looking for an Automation Engineer to build automated workflows and integrations using the Workato platform, Atlassian tooling, and APIs to streamline business processes.

In this role you will work with teams across the company to understand their operational needs and facilitate design and implementation of automated workflows and integrations to best serve those needs in an efficient manner.

Your Tasks:

• Design, implement and maintain automation and integration workflows using Workato, Atlassian tools, and other integrations and APIs.
• Collaborate with teams across CCP to identify automation opportunities and implement.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent issues related to existing automation workflows and integrations.
• Document automations and integrations for knowledge sharing and future scalability.
• Stay current with trends and advancements in automation technologies and tools to drive continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in building and maintaining automations and integrations.
• Experience with Workato or similar automation and integration platforms.
• Comfortable analyzing and understanding processes across diverse teams and departments.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Strong technical background with a hands-on mindset.
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence. Administrative experience highly valued.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
