

Falicity Maintenance Supervisor
The Falicity Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for organizing site maintenance and guaranteeing the Operations service, including curative repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep to provide excellent standards of service, in compliance with specified Safety and Quality requirements, to ensure the site and its assets are always safe and secure and well maintained.
- Ensure all company maintenance policies and procedures are implemented and enforced.
- Ensure that company standards for the performance of maintenance functions are consistently maintained.
- Keep informed of and provide plans for the communities to accommodate changes in local, state and federal code requirements as it relates to maintenance operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and follow preventative maintenance procedures.
- Ensure a professional relationship with external companies
- Manage coordination with the selected bidder to ensure completion of administrative processes including bid processes, contract award notice and that contract documents are distributed accordingly
- Manage the administrative process throughout the duration of the preparation of all documentation until the award of the contract
- Management information and statistical reports
- Maintain appropriate records to ensure that the procurement process, decision, and contractual agreement are accurately documented for accountability and audit purposes
Experience:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Maintenance.
