Clinical Trial Coordinator

Alvotech is looking to hire a Clinical Trial Coordinator for a temporary 12-month position.  As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will manage the operational and logistical aspects of assigned clinical trials, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll also act as a key contact for specific trial-related activities, working closely with internal teams and external partners such as CROs and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate defined operational and logistical aspects of assigned clinical trials.
  • Adhere to regular planning and execution of tasks in line with clinical program timelines.
  • Monitor trial progress to ensure adherence to training, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for specific trial-related tasks, internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with multifunctional study teams to ensure smooth trial execution.
  • Support eTMF maintenance, trial documentation, compliance, and reporting in accordance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
  • Participate in and contribute to team meetings, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Travel internationally as required by clinical trial activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific field.
  • Minimum 2 years in relevant roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research industry.
  • Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
  • Familiarity with EMA and FDA clinical and regulatory environments.
  • Operational knowledge of clinical trial conduct and coordination.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
